What is The UB1UB2 Card?
An annual membership that gives you access to exclusive offers at hand-picked businesses across West London and surrounding areas. Enjoy discounts, perks and member-only deals you won’t find anywhere else.

How much does it cost?
Only £36 per year. Your membership renews automatically every 12 months unless cancelled.

Is there a physical card?
No. The UB1UB2 Card is completely digital and lives in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You don’t need an app: simply show your card on your phone to redeem offers.

What kind of offers can I expect?
Every business offers something different. Most provide a percentage discount (typically 10-20%), while others offer exclusive perks, fixed savings or special member-only deals. Full details can be found on each offer page.

How do I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Go to ub1ub2card.com/card, sign in with your membership email, then add your card to Apple or Google Wallet in a couple of taps.

Can I share my card with family?
No. Each membership is personal to the named cardholder and cannot be shared or transferred.

Might I be asked to show ID?
Occasionally. As memberships are personal and non-transferable, participating businesses may ask to see photo ID to confirm the name on your card matches the cardholder. This is usually a quick check.

What if I lose access to my wallet pass?
No problem. Go to ub1ub2card.com/card and sign in with your membership email to add your card again, or email members@ub1ub2card.com and we’ll help.

Do offers change throughout the year?
Yes. We regularly add new businesses and exclusive offers, so your membership continues to provide value throughout the year.

How do I cancel renewal?
Email members@ub1ub2card.com from your membership email and we’ll cancel your renewal for you. Cancelling stops your membership renewing at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your card until then.

What if a business won't accept my card?
Email members@ub1ub2card.com with the date and business name. We'll investigate and follow up.
