Refund policy

This policy explains how to cancel your UB1UB2 Card membership and your refund rights. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Your 14-day right to cancel

When you join, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14-day period starts the day after you join.

If you cancel within 14 days of joining, you will receive a full refund. To cancel within this period, email us at members@ub1ub2card.com within that period and tell us you wish to cancel. You can also cancel by sending any other clear statement to us, including by post to the address below.

Your membership and access to offers begin immediately. This does not remove your 14-day right to cancel.

After 14 days: no change-of-mind refunds

After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, the annual membership fee is non-refundable, except where required by law or our Terms of Service. Membership is paid annually and gives you access for the full year.

• You can cancel renewal at any time. This stops your membership from renewing, so you will not be charged for another year.
• When you cancel renewal, your membership stays active until its current expiry date. We do not give a change-of-mind refund for any part of the current year after the 14-day cancellation period, whether or not you have used your Card. This does not affect refunds required by law or our Terms of Service.

How to cancel renewal

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account on our website: go to ub1ub2card.com, click the UB1UB2 circle icon at the bottom right, open the Membership tab at the bottom of the pop-up, click Manage Membership, then scroll down and click Cancel Membership. You can also email us at members@ub1ub2card.com and we will cancel your renewal for you. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of being told that you wish to cancel. The refund will go to your original payment method. It can take a few days for your bank or card provider to show the refund.

Prize draws and member offers

Taking part in a members-only prize draw does not guarantee a prize or create an additional right to a refund. Your existing cancellation and refund rights still apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights or any refund rights in our Terms of Service.
