Cancellation policy

The UB1UB2 Card is an annual membership that renews automatically.

Billing: Membership costs £36 per year, including VAT, charged to your saved payment method when you join and automatically on each anniversary of that date, unless you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each renewal, and we will give you advance notice of any price change so you can cancel before it applies.

Cancelling: You can cancel at any time. To cancel from your account on our website: go to ub1ub2card.com, click the UB1UB2 circle icon at the bottom right, open the Membership tab at the bottom of the pop-up, click Manage Membership, then scroll down and click Cancel Membership. You can also email members@ub1ub2card.com and we will cancel your renewal for you. Cancelling stops your membership from renewing, so you will not be charged again. Your membership stays active until its current expiry date.

Refunds: You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund. After the 14-day period has passed, your membership is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop it renewing. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
