• Any summer VAT adjustment is already incorporated into the advertised 30% discount, and no additional reduction or discount will be applied.

• For safety reasons, age and height restrictions apply on all Gripped activities. Under 15s need a paying ticket-holding adult to participate on the Zip Trek and High Ropes, and a supervising adult present (no ticket needed) for the Speed Slides, Bag Jump and Power Fan, with a maximum of 4 children to every participating adult. The minimum height is 1.4m for most activities, 1.3m for the Speed Slides and Power Fan, and the Net Park has no minimum height (minimum age 4, with 4 to 6 year olds accompanied by a responsible adult at all times). All visitors must wear suitable, comfortable activewear and closed-toe shoes (no crocs, sliders, flip-flops, sandals or high heels). Light gloves with protective grip are recommended for the high ropes and zip trek and are available to buy on site.
• If travelling by car, parking costs are £1 per hour with the first 30 minutes free for drop off.
